How It Works:
1) Contact us by email letting us know you'd like to return info(at)bluebirdprovisions.co
2) Drop off any pouches purchased at your preferred shipping carrier (Customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
3) We receive unused pouches at our warehouse
4) Receive a 100% refund. Note: these take 5-7 business days from the date of the refund to appear on your payment method. We have no control over this timeline.

Subscription Order Cancellations 

You must cancel your Subscription prior to your bill date to prevent funds being debited from your account. No refunds will be made after your Subscription has been billed. We have no control over when you upgrade to a subscription, therefore we need this policy in place.

If your subscription was properly set up, you can manage it by logging in to your account in our customer portal HERE. From there you can view your active subscriptions, change your payment methods, cancel your subscription, skip shipments, see upcoming shipments and more!

NOTE: For cancellations, you must email us 3 business days before your next recurring subscription order is set to bill. If not, we will not refund your order because it will likely already ship before we get a chance to cancel it.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
