How to Subscribe and Save

Step 1: Go to bone broth product page you wish to purchase. For example: Bone Broth Powder or Bone Broth for Dogs and Cats.

Step 2: Click the 'Subscribe' button which is located directly above the 'One time' button. 

Step 3: Choose the frequency you would like to have them delivered by clicking the yellow drop down menu (30 or 60 days is most common, depending on your order size).

Step 4: Click the black 'Add to basket' button and follow the checkout instructions.

After subscribing, you can login to your account at any time to change preferences, payment information, shipping frequency, location, or to change or cancel your subscription. 

How do I edit, swap, cancel or manage my subscription?

You can manage it by logging in to your account in our customer portal HERE. From there you can view your active subscriptions, change your payment methods, cancel your subscription, skip shipments, see upcoming shipments and more! If you need help, you can always email us at Info(at)bluebirdprovisions.co

From this window, you can manage:

  • Frequency of orders
  • Edit/Cancel Ship Dates
  • Remove Product for next order
  • Change quantity of Product for next order
  • Cancel subscription

How do I add products to my existing subscription?

Login to your account here and click on 'swap' then follow the instructions on the page. 

Can I order a subscription for a friend or family member?

Absolutely! Simply subscribe for them by entering their shipping address at checkout. What a perfect gift.

Can I get a refund on my subscription order?

According to our terms and conditions, you must cancel your Subscription prior to your bill date to prevent funds being debited from your account. Or you can simply email us wishing to cancel your subscription (info@bluebirdprovisions.co), but this must be done three business days prior to your subscription being processed.

This is because we do our best to ship our orders the day it is processed or the day after. And if you don't give us three business days' notice, then your order will have already shipped by the time you ask us to refund it. No refunds will be made after your Subscription has been billed but you can email us  we will do our best to make things right with you.
