What is Bone Broth?

Bone broth is a superfood gelatinous broth made from simmering bones with adhering meat, herbs and vegetables for a long time. I’m talking 12-48 hours long.

The result is a delicious and nourishing bone broth full of collagen protein, hydrating electrolytes and amino acids.

Bone broth is nothing like traditional bouillon cubes or store bought stock or broth (which can be laden with salt and preservatives).

The amino acids in bone broth are lacking in our typical western diet. Bone broth works because it gives you rare but incredibly beneficial amino acids into your diet.

You can find bone broth made from beef, chicken, duck, turkey, lamb, bison, pork or fish -- just about any animal.
