Frequently Asked Questions
Chicken: Chicken Bone Broth Powder (Filtered water, pasture raised chicken bones).
Beef: Beef Bone Broth Powder (Filtered water, grass fed beef bones).
This is an unsalted, low sodium bone broth. The sodium in it comes naturally from the bones we use.
Beef: 90 mg per 250ml serving (1 cup). 4% of RDI.
Chicken: 110-130 mg per 250ml serving (1 cup). 6% of RDI.
Our bone broth starts where real food does: with grass fed, pasture raised cows and chickens from trusted farms.
These animals are raised with respect, where they have plenty of space to roam at their hearts content. They are also free from hormones and antibiotics.
We slow cook our bone broth using a traditional simmer (12-24 hrs) to maximize protein, collagen and nutrients.
From there, it's gently dehydrated into a concentrated powder packed with protein, collagen, gelatin and amino acids your body needs to recover, rebuild and thrive.
If you follow the recommended dosage of 2 tbsp / scoops per 250ml of liquid then you will get the following:
Chicken: 15 servings
Beef: 14 servings
But some guests find this too strong, so they mix 1 tbsp / scoop per 250ml of liquid In this case you will get :
Chicken: 30 servings
Beef: 28 servings
Beef: 10 to 11 grams of type 1 and type 3 collagen per 2 scoop serving.
Chicken: 5 grams of type 2 collagen protein per 2 tbsp serving.

Because of the unique protein in bone broth and that we don't use any fillers or flow agents, sometimes there will be small clumps that need a bit of extra time or care to dissolve.
Here are some tips from our regular customers.
🌀 Use a frother
The #1 most recommended tip by far:
“I use a handheld frother — done in 20 seconds!” — Jasmine
“Milk frother all the way. It works like a charm.”
— Karen
“Mix 1 spoonful at a time with a frother, then top up with boiling water. Perfect temp to drink too.”
— Barbara
🔥 Add a little water first
Several customers swear by this trick from their hot chocolate days. Mix 2 tbsp / scoops powder with 2 tbsp cold water (1:1 ratio) first to make a roux then top it up with boiling water.
“Add 2–3 Tbsp hot water first, stir into a paste, then add the rest. No lumps.” — Barb
“Pour 1/4 cup hot water in and whisk for a few seconds. Then top it off.” — Gayle
“Just a small amount of hot water first, then the rest. It helps!” — Jude
💪 Whisk or stir like you mean it
No frother? No problem.
“Vigorously stir for a minute. Smash any stubborn clumps with the back of your spoon.” — Marilyn
“Use a whisk — works just fine!” — Judith
🧊 Or… let it sit
This low-effort method is what we typically recommend.
“Let it sit for 10 minutes. The lumps dissolve as it cools.” — Teresa
🧠 Bonus mindset tip:
“I like the little clumps. I think of them as flavor crystals.” — Lynn
