My first day trying chicken broth, and yes, it did cause diarrhea to flare up, and flare up very fast. However, I did have about a quart of it in a 24 hour period, maybe I went overboard with it, so I will be cutting that back to about 8oz a day, ànd see how it goes from there. I have been drinking bone broth for about 2 weeks now with intermediate fasting 3 days a week i have been having diarrhea about 2-3 times a day since I’ve started im worried I might get dehydrated from pooping so much should I stop drinking it?
